Scientists in Moscow have developed phantoms - special products that mimic body parts as well as tissues and pathologies. So far, the developments have served different functions: some look for neoplasms, while others check the health of blood vessels. In the near future, scientists plan to combine these findings so that a tumour or a blood clot can be fully diagnosed on a single reproduced organ.
