TV BRICS and GITIS: joint work to promote Russian culture abroad

Heads of leading theatres from Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Abkhazia, Armenia and other countries discussed the development of international cultural ties at a round table 'Russian theatres abroad - ambassadors of Russian culture' in Moscow. Today, the works of Russian classics are known in many countries. The international TV BRICS network also promotes them abroad. A prime example is the "Dostoevsky Intercontinental" documentary by the joint editorial team. Not only BRICS media companies - partners of the international TV BRICS network - but also students of the Russian Institute of Theatre Arts - GITIS participated in its creation. The signing of a cooperation agreement between the institute and the media network is a continuation of joint work to promote Russian culture, science and art abroad.
