Here, the TV BRICS media network and Wasu Discovery Business Consulting agreed to cooperate in promoting Chinese culture as part of the Silk Road International Communications Agreement. Along with signing of the agreement, the two countries established the International Short Film Union to which the TV BRICS network became a member.
