Interest in studying the Russian language is on the rise, especially among students and entrepreneurs. This trend is supported by the opening of Russian language courses worldwide. According to the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation, last year alone, new platforms were launched in Brazil, the United Arab Emirates, and Saudi Arabia. In total, 130 open education centres are currently operating in 61 countries.
