The "Zhar-Ptica" specialised exhibition fair was held in Moscow

Craftsmen and artisans from all over Russia presented their products at the "Zhar-Ptica" (Firebird) specialised fair. There are traditional wooden utensils and goatskin products such as mittens, socks and capes. Southern flavour is represented in hand-woven rugs and jewellery. The exhibitors have not forgotten about the edible stuff either - they have brought along dozens of varieties of honey, jams such as pine cone jam and herbal teas.
